A Labrador’s Rebellious Stage

Cookie is our 2 year old border obese, but healthy, Labrador. In human age, she’s in her teens (14 yrs. old). I don’t know where we have gone wrong on raising her; she’s in her rebellious stage. Her ‘stealing’ dad’s slippers and sometimes socks are nothing new. We do reprimand her most of the time. But, tonight, she did the worst crime ever!

She went through my things!!! BLOOD WAS SPILLED IN EVERY INCH OF OUR ROOM!!! Okay… So I’m exaggerating. Only styro fillings and cotton balls were littered everywhere. I did close the door of our (shobe and mine’s) room. So the other only possible way to go in our room is through the connecting bathroom from the master’s bedroom. hmp. Smart dog………. (⌐.⌐)

i have always introduced or feature TVfXQ’s pets and only mentioned our family dog once. (i think..)
anyway..
Cookie, a one year old female Labrador.

and she knows it too (she can be vain)

this is what she does when she clearly needs (your) attention or when she likes to play (bored)

them puppy eyes get me most of the time..

and when she is able to free “herself” from her leash.. (sortof)

Cookie is a normal Labrador who loves to play/splash water.. and loves lying on the cool marble floor.. and also wants to chew ice even if the weather isn’t warm.
She is still a very very playful puppy.. o_o she loves running around the garden/garage.
she can be very destructive. she had chewed on our garden hose (twice), broke several flower pots, splashes and drinks water from a water feature on the garden, etc
whenever she is able to get in the house for being playful, she’d grab whatever she finds that she likes and runs back to the garden and chew on it. LOL

so yeh. lol oh yeah. she can never be a guard dog. when any of us arrived home late, she can be seen lying on the ground sound asleep, even when we approach her. but, she’ll wake up when you nudge her
She’ll also play with anyone. so when a burglar comes, expect the house empty. Cookie will just be her friendly self. o_o;

i have always wondered why she is so hyper… (even when we take her out for walks..) while other labradors we see in the malls are well-behaved… it’s not like we don’t train her o_o;;
